Delete All KeyChains?

I have a couple of annoying keychain errors that randomly pop up every ten minutes or so. If I delete everything in the keychain program including certificates, is this OK? I'm traveling and I don't want to be left without a computer. I don't care if it removes certificates for safety or deletes passwords. I'll remember everything. Just don't want to delete something of my OS. Yikes.
