ROKR not showing up on iTunes, only on desktop
I was in the middle of my first transfer, when iTunes got stuck somehow during the transfer of a song. All of a sudden, the program dissapeared off the screen and I got the error message about hitting the eject button for the device instead of just unplugging the cable, but the icon was gone, too.
I shut down the whole computer and disconnected the cable. Now, whenever I try to reconnect, the icon shows up on the desk top, but iTunes won't read it.
I've downloaded iTunes, Mac, and ROKR software updates and NOTHING is working. Anyone have an idea? I've been working on this for over three hours now.
