Better covers / tips / buds for Apple In-Ear Headphones? Mine fall out.
They just arrived and I took them for a spin. They're foamy but sturdy, like gun shooting earplugs with a hole in them for the sound to pass through (and the "tunnel" is reinforced on the inside with rubber so the metal of the headphones won't damage the foam—smart). Pinch the foam, stick them in your ears, and they expand to fit. Then they're comfortable.
First impression: Absolutely awesome. Best $15 I've spent in a while. Model number is "T-140", found here: complyfoam dot com
Of the rubber buds included with the Apple In-Ear headphones, the ones that fit me best were the large ones, so I ordered the large size from Comply. It was the right call. So I imagine they match the Apple sizes pretty well. How long will they last? I can't say yet, but so far, awesome. Really awesome.
I don't work for Comply or anything like that. Trust me, they're money. Great product.
I was really disappointed by the fit with the rubbery tips; it was driving me up the wall b/c they just kept falling out. Now I'm really happy and I can enjoy the awesome sound coming from the In-Ear headphones. If anyone cares, I'm using them with a 2G iPhone.
