MacBook Pro Insurance

Hi

This is probably been asked a million times but I was wondering if anyone knew of any good laptop insurance companies that would cover my Macbook Pro from theft whilst I'm abroad?
Im planning on living in another country for a year and dont really like the thought of no insurance as I've only had the laptop since July.

I previously found that insure and go could insure me but for some reason now that its been more than 6 months since I purchased the laptop they wont insure me anymore!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

How about homeowner's or renter's insurance?

It wont cover me for being abroad and travel insurance doesnt either! thanks for the suggestion though..

Understood. It would be tough especially if traveling around. Will you be staying in one place? If so perhaps insurance on that place would cover it.

Hi Jenn, and welcome to Apple Discussions.

In the US I would check with an independent insurance agent. They have access to and/or know about pretty much anything/everything offered by the insurance industry. They'd probably be able to tell you if such a thing exists or not. I don't know if the UK has independent agents, but that's something you might check into.
