Expose keeps triggering by itself

At random when I am working with two windows open, slight mouse movements will trigger Expose (at least I'm assuming it's Expose). It's a real nuisance. I can hit the F3/Expose key and the window I was on will come back, but when I move the mouse, Expose kicks in and two windows are displayed. I don't really want to use Expose, so is there any way to disable it completely? I've even had the windows changing back and forth by themselves when I am not moving the mouse or using the keyboard.

You've probably set up "hot corners" and it's triggered when you're mouse goes in one of the screen corner.
Look under Sys. Pref > Expose > Active Corners.

Thanks for the response; each of the active corners is set with a "-".
Other options were "all windows", "disable screen saver", etc.
There doesn't seem to be much Apple documentation about using Espose, so I don't know what these active corner settings should be.
