Intermittent kernel panic

I have been getting intermittent kernel panics since I have purchased my refurbished MacBook Pro. I can reproduce it consistently, all I can say that it happens once in a while regardless of what applications are open (e.g. surfing the web with Firefox or Safari or doing nothing). How can I decipher the kernel panic log to find out what is causing it?

Here is the kernel panic log:

Here's the usual offering,
Bad or incompatible RAM is, more often then not, the cause of most Kernel Panics. It could also just need to be reset.

Here's the most used site for Resolving Kernel Panics. Please do all the steps in order, even if you don't think you need to do a certain step.

Here is a great MacFixIt article.
