I meet the minimum system requirements (3.0 ghz quad core, iTunes 9.0.3, 4GB ram, win 7 x64) and the iTunes LP download keeps terminating with the exact same error (after the whole "processing file" stage):

I keep hearing people sometimes get accidentally charged a second time if they file a support ticket, and I'd rather not have that happen. Is there anything I can do in addition to filing a support ticket?

I've got the exact same problem. All the rest of the Album downloaded its just the LP cover bit. First one i've downloaded hugely frustrating and disappointing. First one i've bought and not cheap at 11 quid. Anyone have any ideas on fixes?

I'm on OS X. I meet all the requirements. Everytime I open iTunes:
1) It starts downloading the iTunes LP again, starting from about 645MB of 762MB.
2) Finishes the download.
3) Tries to process the file.
4) Throws up the error above.

At this point, I just want to permanently delete this monstrosity from my download queue. Is there any way to do that?

I have exactly the same problem. I have sent the details to Itunes with no joy and I have now requested a refund under 'Distance Seller Laws'.

Lets see what happens...

Mine downloaded and completely finished the download. The media software installed properly and works... I can see all the pictures and videos just fine... but there are no audio tracks. I've already reported this problem to iTunes.

same problem, the lp part just wont finish downloading.googling it dosent seem to be just this lp. if anyone has a fix be pleased to hear it.In the torrent days people would post broken do not down load, ah progress

Just had this problem, but i sorted it by deleting the partial download for the file then getting iTunes to download the whole thing again.
So close iTunes then go into the library in your browser (default for windows is C:\Documents and Settings\Username\My Documents\My Music\iTunes Media or for mac Users\Username\Music\iTunes\iTunes Music) and in with the the artist folders you have stored in there one will be called downloads.
In downloads will be the partial for plastic beach, delete that folder.
Re-open iTunes and if it doesn't automatically start downloading it again go into check for available downloads.
Not sure if this will fix everyone's problem but it sorted mine
