May 2, 2010 9:11 PM in response to Kokkolosby Arminya,I installed Jam Pack Voices and got the same error message.
*Alert: Something Happened*
Even though the installer says "The installation was completed successfully", it wasn't. Many voices from the Jam Pack are missing!
I tried googling this strange message and the only references were to Final Cut with a solution that worked +for them+ by deleting an Alert file from the startup. So I tried this. _This does NOT work for me_. _There is NO alert file for me to disable or delete_.
Seeing no other solutions on the web, I'd like to know if anyone else has run into this amusing but annoying Jam Pack problem and if you have figured out a way to fix it.

May 4, 2010 12:23 PM in response to Kokkolosby alex100001,Hey,
I was given this odd message, but I have found the solution. Not sure about the crashing, but when I installed it, I found that it said all of the instruments were missing. However, after some looking around, I found that the source of the problem was that the Installer had put the files in the wrong place. You'll probably find that most of your Garageband files are in 'user/Library/Application Support/Garageband', but the installer seems to put the files in the system Library (in my case Mac Mini/Library/Application Support/Garageband), not the user one. To get it working, simply move the files (Just the sampler and files for the instruments, the loops can stay where they are) from the system Library to your User Library.
Hope this helps, it solved it for me.
