Downloads window list is reverse order

Safari has a reverse order for the downloads window list. Any way to get it normal (last thing downloaded should be at the top).

HI,

Go to ~/Library/Safari and move the Downloads.plist file to the Trash and relaunch Safari.

If that didn't help, go to the Safari Menu Bar, click Safari/Preferences. Make note of all the preferences under each tab. Quit Safari. Now go to ~/Library/Preferences and move this file com.apple.safari.plist to the Desktop. Relaunch Safari. If the Download window loads in the correct order then move that .plist file to the Trash.

No, it has never been correct on any of my three Macs. It is correct in Firefox (Mac and Window), Opera, iCab, and Internet Explorer 7 and 8. I haven't tried Chrome yet, but I'd be willing to bet it shows latest top like all the others. Don't tell me Safari is "thinking different". If it has a reverse order to display downloads, it should at least have a way to change it to normal (normal like my email list-- latest at the top).

I don't use Safari much, but I might use it more if it made sense. Maybe there is a plugin that can reverse this thing. Safari doesn't have a config window like Firefox does it?

I KNOW how to reverse my email. I don't want to reverse my email. The issue is how to reverse Safari. If Apple doesn't care to make Safari comply with how 90% of people want to do this, isn't there a plugin that can make the last download appear at the top of the list? You see, I only want to see the older downloads on rare occasions, because they are OLD. I want to see the newest downloads as they are downloading (to observe the progress) or when it finishes to double-click and open it. Klaus, do you really use your downloads list reversed like this? Do you really?
