Watching Live TV on MAC osX from internet?

Hello,
I would like to know if is there any application which allows me to watch live TV channel from internet like as CNN, Rai, on my MacOsX with Leopard.
Any suggestion?

Unfortunatelly I live in Italy and it seems that it's not working in Italy. The website doesn't allow me to download it.
Any alternative?

Yes, Zattoo is for the UK only, but I would be surprised if there wasn't a similar service in Italy.

Actually I Googled it and i founded some list of channels to watch using other movie players as the links you sent me. First of all, thanks you for your link because it's the best i found so far.
I'm rather looking for a specific software like as "Livestation" ( http://www.livestation.com/) to watch live channel directly from the application slightly different from Livestation in terms of video-quality (very low for Livestation) and number of channel (I need some channels with soap-opera in english).
