character encoding problem

HI!
I am a chinese user in TW, I have a trouble in the received(MS) files name, all chinese character encoded in "?????????", How can I do ? I had lots of files(>500), is there any simple step can help my files name display normal?

Probably because the PC stuff is using a legacy encoding and OS X uses Unicode.

You might want to ask on the Chinese Mac list, giving details of exactly how the problem files were produced:
