Simplest tool to set bass & treble in video

I'm looking for a simple tool to adjust audio (bass, treble) in video files (mostly .flv, .mov, mp4). That's all! No effects, no fades, nothing.. just setting of bass and treble.

Any ideas?

Already tried this... correct me if I'm wrong but changes in QT appear to only set the audio settings in the saved file. It appears not to actually process the audio.

I saved two QT movies.. one full treble and no bass, the other full bass and no treble. I then converted the two QT movies to flv. Upon playback of the flv flles they sounded like the original and there was no discernable difference between the two. So I'm assuming the audio settings in QT only affect the QT playback within QT itself.
