Where to buy RAM for my PowerPC G4 Mac Mini?

I'm looking to upgrade my 1.5 G4 PowerPC Mac Mini to 2g of RAM. I'm guessing the RAM has to be very specific... where should I buy it? I understand it needs 200-pin PC2-5300 (667MHz) DDR2 SO-DIMM (2 x 1gig sticks)

Are you sure which mac mini you have? A PowerPC G4 only has one memory slot, not two, and uses DDR PC-2700 memory, not DDR2 PC2-5300 memory. The original Intel-based mini's could support 2GB of DDR2 PC2-5300 memory.

My 1.5Ghz PowerPC mac mini (the silent upgrade mini) only has one slot for memory, which I upgraded to 1GB. The memory specs, from Crucial, are DDR PC2700, 184 pin DIMM, CL=2.5, Unbuffered, NON-ECC, DDR333, 2.5V, 128Meg x 64. There's even an Apple note on upgrading the G4 mini memory: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2616
