iPhone ignore call list?

Does the iPhone have a ignore caller list or function? I've had the same person call me 25 times at all hours of the night and morning, and it gets really annoying after a while. When I answer they do not speak. Is there anyway I can set my iPhone so it will go straight to the voicemail when this particular number calls me?
