Do .exe files work on a mac.??

Hi.. I use the last version of mac (snow leopard) .. I was wondering if we can run files with the extension of .exe ...?? Thnx in adv .. Cheers..:)

To my knowledge; Nope. Exe's are for PC based machines.

EXE files are Windows executable files. You can install Windows on your Mac using either virtualization (Parallels, Fusion, VirtualBox) or natively via BootCamp. You can then run EXE files as you would on any PC. There is an application called CrossOver for Mac that will let you run "some" Windows programs directly within OS X using some reverse engineered Windows code.

You should check out the "compatibility" section as it is a fairly limited list when compared to the number of Windows programs out there.
