Ring Schedule App

Is there an app that can change my iPhone's ring settings during the day. Basically, if I have meetings from 1-2, 6-7, and 8-8:30 on Mondays and Wednesdays, is there an app or a way that I can set my iPhone to automatically revert to vibrate settings during those times?

iPhone 3Gs, iPhone OS 3.1.3

No, there is not, and 3rd party apps cannot access settings in that way, so don't expect one.

In a word, no.

No 3rd party app has access to basic iPhone functions. Such a profile type function must be provided by Apple.

No, there is not. Third party apps can't alter the behavior of core apps like the phone.
