252-5 SMS message

I sent a message to my friend using the "messages" app. This is what i get back almost immediately.
Destination xxx-xxx-xxxx <---thats the phone number.
Reply E to send Rogers TXT 2 landline msgs in english.

Does anyone know what this is?
