Try launching your iTunes. Go "Edit > Preferences". Do you have anything checked in there? If so, try unchecking it and clicking OK. Can you access the Store now?

I have had the same problem for about 5 days now. it just says "loading". when i try to download updates to applications it says unkonown error -50. i have tried entering the exeptions on the firewall for apple and its various web addresses, but still no joy.
not being able to talk to a human from itunes is frustrating. i use it all the time, so it is a real pain.
