Each page that you add to your site in iWeb will get a link in the menu. Create a new page, name it "gallery" and add your gallery to that page.

Is your gallery a MobileMe gallery or a separate web site? if it's a separate web site then create a blank page with a name that represents the gallery you want to link to, i.e. "gallery", etc. On the blank page put the following code in an HTML snippet:

parent.window.location = "URL TO SITE YOU WANT TO REDIRET TO"; </script>

When a visitor clicks on the gallery link in the navbar of your iWeb site they will be immediately redirected to your gallery site.
