Midi ghost notes

Hello All!
Thank you to Christoph, poflynn, and Erich for your assistance with my last query!

Today something bizarre happened and I take full responsibility for it. I record my m-audio piano no problem into garageband. However I notice that during playback, I hear the notes sounding before the cursor has reached the actual midi notes. Does anyone know what I did to cause this and how I may get it back to normal?
