I started getting kernel panic and after running Hardware Test got this result:

Error

4VDC/1/40000003 Video Controller

My video card is NVIDIA8600M GT

Can someone help me on how to fix this?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.2), NVIDIA 8600M GT

you need to call Apple Care

look for 8600M repair and replacement program

check Apple support
