Apple customer support

Hi,

Just want to say, I had the screen flicker on my macbook pro whilst using the integrated graphics card, I brought it in and after a bit of talking had it taken for a check. Super fast I got a call saying I could get a replacement machine with all my data copied over. Just want to say I am extremely happy with the service, thank you Apple for dealing fast with the problem.
