Hamachi?

Just to let you know, Im very new to mac's. Im sorry if this is posted in the wrong forum section, if so, just point me in the right direction and i will repost!

Im trying to install hamachi for Mac, http://www.command-tab.com/2006/08/1...i-on-mac-os-x/ , following the previous link. But when i come to the sudo ./install command line, it comes up with the following:

unknown-00-26-bb-0e-43-04:~ petechadwick$ cd Desktop
unknown-00-26-bb-0e-43-04:Desktop petechadwick$ cd hamachi-0.9.9.9-8-osx
unknown-00-26-bb-0e-43-04:hamachi-0.9.9.9-8-osx petechadwick$ sudo ./install
Password:
sudo: ./install: command not found
unknown-00-26-bb-0e-43-04:hamachi-0.9.9.9-8-osx petechadwick$


Anyone help??
