Active Directory Time Error?

I'm trying to bind a few Macs to my Windows Domain. The Macs are able to recognize the domain and authenticate, but on "step 3 of 5", I receive an "Active Directory Time Error", which claims that the clocks on my Macs are different than the clock on the Active Directory domain controller. I checked the clocks, and they are all in sync. I also restarted the NNTP service on the domain controller, and that still didn't fix it. Has anyone else had this problem, and does anyone know the answer?

MacBook, iMac G3, Power Mac 8500, PowerBook 180, Mac OS X (10.6.2)

I tried all of this, I still can not bind my Mac 10.6.3 to Microsoft Windows 2003 R2 Active Directory, and the failure I receive that Time settings between both computers is not synced although the time is the same on both machines, and I restart the NNTP on Windows Server, and added the Active Directory IP Address on the Date & time Settings on Mac.

Any Help
