How can i unlock my iphone and install themes on it?

Is there anyway i can unlock my iphone so it works with rogers, it's with fido i just changed my carrier. And is there anyway to install themes to my phone without jailbreaking it??

None of the Canadian carriers offer unlocking, and ONLY the carrier the phone is locked to could unlock it, so you're stuck with Fido.

You could look to see if there are any people willing to swap iPhones so you could get a unit that works with Rogers.
