Secure notes on Iphone 3GS?

I have to secure some code's that i use daily at my work.
They told me to put the code's into my phone as a note and secure them with a password or what-ever. Is there any possibility to secure any writtin information in the IPhone?

Aplle IPHONE 3GS, iPhone OS 3.1.3

Go to the iTunes App store and search for "secure notes". Your country's store has 14 apps to do this.

With third party Apps like this you can, but not with the iphone's built in notes app. Look in the app store, there are many Apps that will do what you want, this is just one example:
