I have iTunes 9.1 and Overdrive media 3.2.0.4 on Windows 7. Every time I try to download an audiobook onto my iTunes this shows up.

+The OverDrive Media Console Transfer Wizard is not able to connect ti iTunes. If you intend to transfer content to the itunes library and/or a supported Apple device, please note that iTunes v9.0.2 (or newer) is required. iTunes is available as a free download from Apple; visit http://www.apple.com/itunes/dowload to download iTunes. If your system meets this requirement, please close and open iTunes dialog boxes then attempt to transper again.+

I don't know whats wrong because I have successfully downloaded audiobooks in the past. I have tried all other suggections as well as deleating and reinstalling both iTunes and Overdrive Media onto my computer. Help Please!

My first guess is Overdrive needs to update their application to work correctly with iTunes 9.1.

I'm having the exact same problem and have OverDrive Media 3.2.05 and iTunes 9.2.0.61. Have tried everything I could think of. If you find a solution, please post!

I'm having the same problem. It looks like a temporary .mb4 file is created (visible if you right click on the file in the "converting" playlist and choose "open in explorer"). iTunes then says it is unable to find the file and then it is deleted soon after.
