Serato Scratch Live doesn't work better on MAC OS X on Mac Book Pro (2009)

I'm Gioacchino from Italy.
Unfortunately I found a performance problem of MAC OS X using the Serato Scratch Live application.

First of all, I bought a Mac Book Pro 15" 2.54Ghz ( November 2009 ) just to run this software.
Unfortunately from a first run, I found a problem related to the redraw performance.

I'm in contact with the Serato guys .. and found that there are a lot of people that have this problem and seems related only to the MAC Book Pro produced in 2009.
Old version works correctly.

The problem is that the audio waveform do not scroll correctly on video .. but sometime ( about every 10 second ) glitch ..
NOTE: Serato Scratch Live works correctly on any winXP PC !!!

In this period I (we) tried to found were the problem is located .. and I have executed this important test.
Install winXP SP3 with BootCamp.
In this configuration I run Serato application and found the same problem.
Then I have updater Bootcamp ( 3.1 http://support.apple.com/kb/DL996 )
After this update the refresh of waveform work really better.
Checking the version of nVidia driver i found this version: 6.14.11.8861 ( dated 1-05-2010 ).

So what now seems clear is that the driver of nVidia chipset on MAC OS X are not updated.

There are other guys here that have my same problem ?
How I can contact the Apple software engineer to show this problem ?
There is someone that can tell me how I can check the version of nVidia driver on MAC?
