Synching existing Ipod with new computer and ITunes

My old computer crashed so i had to buy a new one. All my files were lost. I still have all my music files on my IPod. Question is how do i transfer my music from my IPod to the newly installed ITunes on my new computer. Each time i connect ITunes tells me that an IPod can only be synched with 1 ITunes. Can anyone help?
