"Convert higher bit rate songs to 128 kbps AAC" Strips Lyrics!

Sadly it seems that the new option to compress the audio for the iPhone also strips the lyrics. Has anyone else noticed this?

This really disappoints me as I think that is a spectacular idea for handling our memory-limited devices, but I do really like having the lyrics since they work so nicely on the iPhone.

I'm now using a custom script to convert tracks using the fake 128kbps VBR mode in iTunes to my iPhone3GS keeping ALAC tracks in my library.

The script is here: http://dougscripts.com/itunes/scripts/ss.php?sp=losslessaccworkflow

I think I'll never see this fixed in future releases of iTunes and I'll never see TrueVBR encoding directly in iTunes, even with QT already supporting TrueVBR modes.
