Karaoke singing through Mac

I would like to sing along with some karaoke tunes through a Mac. Is there a way to sing through the mic and hear one's voice through the speakers while simultaneously playing the tune on iTunes or other software?

Hi! Thanks for your response. After seeing your post, I see there are several karaoke software for Macs like you say. If I install a karaoke software like iStar, do you know whether singing through the mic will be heard through the speakers? Also, can I import audio files into the software?

I suppose I can get the answers by installing the software, but asking because I don't want to install and uninstall software if I can avoid it. Just trying to keep my hard drive as clean as possible. I hope you understand.
