But forget all my guesses before:
sudo pmset acwake 0
Should do the trick.

and i see that acwake is already set to 0. -

A last guess:
/Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration
delete
com.apple.PowerManagement.plist
com.apple.AutoWake.plist -
