Q: Software update stalls and times out

Apr 5, 2010 7:03 AMby ash@labfitness.com,I am having the exact same problem with my laptop. itunes update downloads up to a certain percentage and just stops and then times out. I have tried deleting stuff, as i thought that i had ran out of space, but that doesnt seem to work.........
Is it my lap top or itunes? -

Are bothe the Vista system and the Windows 7 system running on the same network and using the same internet connection, chorne? -

In the meantime, are you able to get the MobileMe control panel via the Download page at the Apple Website?

If you get any sort of error message on the install when you download via your browser, let us know what they say.
