Connecting HP Deskjet 930c USB printer through router
Hi,
I have a Huawei HG556a router who supports usb printers to share through my network. I added the printer HP Deskjet 930c in Windows XP and had any problem using router's IP: http://192.168.0.1:631/printers/HP
When I try to add the printer to my iMac, it doesn't work, either I use the Preference Panel or enter the CUPS administration by http://localhost:631.
Usually I get the message:
"/private/etc/cups/interfaces/HP failed" (HP is the name I gave to the printer using router's options)
I've tried both LPD and IPP protocols, and it's not working.
Can anyone help me, please?
