QTCF.dll

Since I updated my QuickTimePro to V7.6.6.the following trouble I have.

In Adobe Photoshope Cs4 extended, when I want to render a video the following error massage comes up. "The program can't start because QTCF.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." I reinstalled the Quick time 3 times same trouble, I get touch with Adobe, they told me this is an apple error massage. Please let me know how can I fix this issue.
