Are the apple stores really open on Easter?

What's a day off? People get those? 🙂

Some Apple Retail Stores are open, some are closed. For example:

I recommend checking http://www.apple.com/retail/storelist/ for Easter hours before heading to a particular store.

You don't say what country you're in but in the U.S., at least, most retail stores are open, for at least some part of their usual hours on Easter.

And Easter is not a holiday for a significant number of Americans.

Why? It's just another day for a lot of people.

i havent been able to fine even one store open in l.a., orange county, or san diego today.
