The other day when i was listening to my ipod, the left ear cut out. At first i thought it was my headphones, but after trying three different pairs i plugged them into another ipod and they worked perfectly fine. If I push the headphones in, or even slightly pull on them i can get the sound to work, but otherwise it's dead. My warranty still has a couple more months on it, but will it cover this problem?
If you are under warranty, it should. They will have to check it out at an Apple Store, though, and duplicate the problem. I'd bring my headphones and show them first. (Then let them try with a pair "in house.")
