driver probelm with xp sp3 after update os x 10.6.x

after my update to os x 10.6.x and updating my winxp drivers my xp system can't install / find driver for my hardware (keyboard and isight). also updating bc to 3.1 under xp can't fixed my problem.
How can i fix my driver problems under xp?
