iPad Keynote: Change Slide's Theme

In Keynote for OS-X, I was able to change the theme of a single slide in my presentation - say, from Black to Gradient... Anyone know how to do this on the iPad?

I could swear I stumbled upon it once, but then couldn't find it again...
