Scrolling does not work in Safari

I am using Safari 4.0.5 and I cannot use the mouse scrollwheel to scroll pages, scrolling works fine in any other program ( including other browsers ) but in Safari it does not seem to work.

I have tried to update my drivers for the mouse, which is by the way a standard Dell mouse, but that has not helped either.

Tried to play around with the settings for the mousewheel but that did not change anything either.

Anyone ?

After Googling for some time, I found the problem had something to do with the "Dell Mouse Suite" that came with the mouse, after uninstalling that scrolling works in Safari, off course I lost all the fancy features of my mouse, but I was not really using them anyway, funny that it does not seem work together with Safari.

I read somewhere that installing the Microsoft Intellipoint software should do the trick.
