Bonjour is corrupted, so how do I remove it now??

Hey, I'm really upset and need help big time! So, I was on iTunes two days ago, and it said I could update iTunes to the next version. I did, but once it was done, iTunes wouldn't open. I did some research, and people said that Bonjour was getting in the way, and to uninstall it. So I did, and that worked. But yesterday I tried to open iTunes and it wouldn't open again. I tried to uninstall Bonjour, but it didn't completely uninstall. I checked under Remove Programs and Bonjour isn't on the list, but it still has a file in Program Files and it is still running under services! Every time I try to stop the service, it says I can't because I don't have the permission, but I'm the administrator on my laptop! And I tried deleting the Bonjour programs folder, but it said I didn't have permission to do that either! So I looked in the folder, and it won't let me delete two items: mDNSResponder and mdnsNSP.dll
So yesterday, after I tried uninstalling Bonjour, I thought maybe I could uninstall iTunes, and then re-install and that iTunes would fix Bonjour. But when it was installing, it got stuck saying "stopping service: Bonjour" and said "please verify you have permission to stop this service, and retry." So now iTunes is gone and off my computer, but Quicktime was reinstalled when I tried to install iTunes. I'm so confused and really need help!
