CTLoader -toolbar problem?

CTLoader -toolbar problem?

I've been trying to use Safari but this keeps happening when I first start it. Everything works fine, but this pop-up is annoying and I want to figure out what is going on. I just want it gone, but I have no clue what to do or even what it is.
It says...

CTLoader
Toolbar has not tested on this verion (yes, missing an S)
Toolbar bundle will not be loaded

What is this?!?!

Macbook, Mac OS X (10.5.6)

HI,

You have installed a third party application called CTLoader. You need to remove it.

/Library/Application Support/Conduit

/Library/InputManagers/CTLoader

/Library/Receipts/ctloader.pkg

/Library/Receipts/<Toolbar name>.pkg

/Library/Application Support/SIMBL/Plugins/CT2285220.bundle

/Users/<User name>/Library/Application Support/Conduit

Just follow the paths. Remove: Conduit / CTLoader / ctloader.pkg / <Toolbar name>.pkg / CT2285220.bundle / Conduit.

~ (Tilde) character represents your Home Folder.

Move all the files to the Trash. Relaunch Safari.
