Wireless syncing

Okay... here's what I want to do. I have a 5th gen iPod in a universal dock and from that dock an S-vid cable to the TV and a stereo out to the stereo. Using the output to TV setting, I am able to watch movies on the bigger screen and listen to them in stereo... what I want to do it be able to sync the movies and TV shows I wanna watch via my wireless set up, which is an AirPort Extreme and an AirPort Express (currently being used for AirTunes) Using these components, is there a way to wirelessly sync media to my 5th gen iPod? (i.e. Make a new wireless network using the AirPort Express and attach the iPod dock to the base station) Is there a product available that will, other than the wiDock? Any info would be greatly appreciated!
