dailymotion classic website

They use Flash on their websites so they will never play in safari. I guess the Apps don't use Flash.

There are plenty of news article for about the last three months saying 'No Flash' on the iPad so sorry to say you won;t get it.

Have a look on the forum - search for Flash and you'll understand better why this is so.

It comes up fine for me here with my iPad.

And if you click a video on dailymotion.com ?

No, because of the known flash issue. However the site is not blocked.

Indeed - his question was about accessing the video though (but he has posted twice with different titles to confuse people)

I guess no one else read the part where he said "My ipod touch can access the dailymotion website just fine"

If you visit dailymotion.com on your desktop with safari it serves up the videos as Flash. But if you use the developer menu in Safari to change the user agent to iPod touch dailymotion switches to QuickTime video - FOUR thumbs up for dailymotion!

The problem is just that their site isn't recognizing the iPad user agent and not switching to QuickTime format, I'm sure they will get this fixed ASAP.
