Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

Please run the English version...

I have tried everything I can think of to get iTunes to install properly. After a completely clean install I still receive an error message on launch that reads, "This version of iTunes has not been correctly localized for this language. Please run the English version." Any ideas?! Thanks in advance for the help.

13 in. powerbook g4, Mac OS X (10.4.11)

So, I spent almost an hour on the phone with Apple who was also dumbfounded about this occurance. so finally 5 minutes ago, the guy said:

GO TO YOUR [HOME FOLDER]
CLICK [LIBRARY]
& DRAG THE [[CACHES}} FOLDER TO THE TRASH.

now try to open itunes
