Netflix/Silverlight problem: I need to add an en0 interface

I was trying to watch a streaming movie from Netflix on this MacBook Air (my wife's). After installing Silverlight, the movie info downloaded and then it came with a "DRM Error N8152".

I talked to Netflix and got a technical guy who had me open the Network Utility tool and look for port en0. It turned out that there is no en0, only en1. According to the Netflix guy, their application must have an en0 interface, configured for Ethernet. He said that there should be a way to set up "a fake en0 ethernet port" but he didn't know how.

So, leaving aside the fact that it's a Natflix fail -- does anyone know how such a thing may be done? And does anyone have specific experience in streaming Netflix movies on a MacBook Air?

Thanks.

MacBook Air, Mac OS X (10.5.8)
