Allow setup over WAN... how?

My Airport Extreme Base Station has an option for "Allow setup over WAN." How does one setup an AEBS over the WAN?

Specifically, how does one restart an Apple Extreme Base Station via the WAN?

Mac OS X (10.6.3)

The easiest way is with the "Back to My Mac" feature of MobileMe. That will allow you to see your AirPort base station in AirPort Utility when you're away from home. There may be other ways to access an AirPort station, but I'm not familiar with them.

Use the AirPort Utility menu item Base Station -> Restart.
