Calender Appointment Availability - Tentative / Busy

Hi,
Just wondering if someone can help. I'm a new iPhone 3GS owner. I run a HP PC. Sync through iTunes with Outlook. I use appointments in calender to run my business. I have 'tentative' or 'pencilled in' bookings (which show up in outlook as such - but I have no 'Availability' section on my iPhone Calender to set these appointments to 'Busy'
Have noticed on other iPhones that they do have this 'Availability' section.
What am I missing? Would really appreciate your help.

Nothing - its not a feature of the iPhone calendar feature which is quite basic. maybe it'll be better in the next release but nobody knows for certain.

Thanks for your reply.
But I have seen the availability section on 2 other iPhone Calenders that friend of mine have. When you open up an appointment to edit it, you'll get the 'start and end' section, 'repeat' section, 'alert' section then as on the other phone i've seen, the 'availability' section. Just not on mine.

Maybe they have an Exchange Account and you don't - the standard iCal/MacMail/Mail calendar doesn't have that - I just checked mine and I have the standard setup.

I used to have Exchange so cannot check but it could be that. Or they could have jailbroken their phones.

That might be the case. I'll find out whether the're signed up for exchange!
