Hook Macbook to Sylvania TV

Hi all,

I'm very uncomputery, and hoping you can help me.

Is there a way to hook my MacBook up to my Sylvania TV?

My MacBook is
Model Name: MacBook
Model Identifier: MacBook5,1
Processor Name: Intel Core 2 Duo
Processor Speed: 2 GHz

The TV is:
Sylvania model # lc320slx

I did many searches for different connectors, and it seems that the MacBook connector I found is not compatible with this version of the MacBook. Any ideas on what might work? If so, can you include links to what adapters I might need?
