When I sync my iPhone, where does iTunes store the file? I have Windows XP
I would like to take that file and store it on my thumb drive.

Thanks for your help!

iTunes does not really store your contacts, however there is information in the backup file. Contacts and calendar are synced to a supported application. In Windows XP, contacts are either supported in Outlook 2003 or 2007, or Outlook Express' address book. You have to make the selection in the summary page in iTunes as to which application. iTunes should automatically recognize what you have loaded on the computer.
